1. Are the items ready to be framed?

Yes, all mounted items are fully mounted and backed with card and all
artwork prints are backed with card. All items are ready to be framed.

2. What size are the items?

All sizes will be given in the item description.

3. Are the autographs genuine?

Some of our items feature original autographs that were either obtained by us
directly or sourced from trusted dealers. In the majority of cases, we offer
high-quality digital reproductions of these autographs – these are clearly noted
in the product descriptions. If you have any questions about a specific item,
please feel free to ask.

4. How is the print quality?

We use professional printing equipment and non-fade inks to ensure
exceptional quality.

5. Do you have other autographs not listed?

Yes, we have a large autograph collection. Feel free to enquire about any
specific autograph, even if it’s not currently listed.

6. How are items packaged for delivery?

All items are sent in protective envelopes to prevent damage in transit.

 

Delivery and returns information

 

How much is UK delivery?

★ Royal Mail Tracked48: Free
★ Royal Mail Tracked24: £1.00 for the first item, free for additional items

What are the international delivery charges?

★ EU: £3.99 for the first item, £1.00 per additional item
★ Non-EU: £4.99 for the first item, £1.00 per additional item

When will my item be dispatched?

All items are made to order and dispatched within 1–2 business days
(Monday to Friday).

How long does delivery take?

★ UK: 1–2 business days (Tracked24), 2–3 business days (Tracked48)
★ EU: 5–10 business days
★ US & Canada: 8–15 business days
★ Other international destinations: Varies — please contact us for details
Is tracking available?

We use Royal Mail Tracked24 and Tracked48 services for all UK orders. For
other EU and worldwide destinations we use Royal Mail standard
international services which do not offer online tracking. However, we use
Royal Mails Click & Drop system, which provides barcoded labels scanned
during transit. This helps Royal Mail investigate any lost or delayed items.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused,
in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number
and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return
shipping label (if applicable).
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is
received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

 

A little about us…..

After being made redundant several years ago, my partner and I decided to take a leap of faith and set up a small business in the field we know most about – autographs. We have always possessed a keen interest in autograph memorabilia, and have obtained quite a collection over the years from various stars. Some people might perceive an autograph as a scribble on some paper, but for us, they represent little moments of history, and so to be able to share them with people is something that brings us a lot of joy. I’m pleased to say that our small collection has increased substantially since we began this journey, and continues to grow each year thanks to the constant stream of new music, television and film being released and the rise of new sports stars.

We will also be donating a small percentage of our profits to various charities throughout the year. You can find more information by following the links on our website.
